Job Description

Riverside United Methodist Church is seeking a ministry associate.  This position entails, but is not limited to, church administration, development and implementation of ministry plans in the areas of missions, congregational care, spiritual formation, welcoming, and worship, working in cooperation with Ministry NETwork Coordinators, assisting in the recruitment and training of lay leadership, and worship leadership.
Qualifications Strong organizational skills, knowledge of strategic planning,and/or experience in leading worship. We are seeking someone with a love for Christ and God's people and a desire to develop ministry which extends beyond the walls of our facility.
